Environmental Management System(ISO14001) Certification

All eight of Kumho Tire’s domestic and overseas plants hold ISO 14001 certification, and we continuously advance the environmental management systems to reduce impacts associated with manufacturing processes.

Energy Management System(ISO 150001) Certification

Kumho Tire has newly obtained ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) certification for its three domestic plants in Gwangju, Gokseong, and Pyeongtaek to improve energy efficiency and enable systematic management. Including two overseas plants in Tianjin and Nanjing, China, a total of five plants are now certified. Prior to implementing the system, Kumho Tire conducted energy-related training for all employees. The certification audit confirmed that system has been properly established and operated in compliance with ISO 50001 requirements.
